In recent years, Cambodia has made great progress in information technology infrastructure construction. Local people have access to 4G mobile networks, with mobile phone ownership exceeding 100%. However, the information level in education is still very low, and the school network access rate is not high. How to use information technology to improve the quality of education and promote education equity has become a challenge for the Cambodian people.

At present, Cambodia implements nine-year compulsory education, among which the primary school enrollment rate has reached a high level. Assisting the development of education by modern information technology is of great importance to catch up and surpass. Therefore, both officials of the education bureau of Cambodia, and experts and front-line teachers participate in this training. This training class will improve people’s information technology accomplishment in the education system of Cambodia through systematic learning.

“The training course will help improve the information-based education level in Cambodia and meet the urgent needs of different education people in Cambodia.” Pan Fanrong, a researcher of the regulation and international economic and trade cooperation department of the department of commerce of Hunan Province, said that through deep exchanges and mutual enlightenment, learners could take this training opportunity to experience Chinese culture and experience China’s development.

Sideth, the vice minister of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of Cambodia, said: “The information-based education of China takes its place in the front ranks of the world.
